Creatly, a unique music education and recording initiative designed to inspire creativity, teamwork, and confidence in students, musicians & communities.

With over 30 years’ experience as a songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and workshop facilitator—alongside extensive work in sound engineering and producing EPs and albums for other musicians, I specialise in helping schools, musicians & communities bring their ideas to life through songwriting to professional studio recording. I also have a passion for field recording, both outdoors in nature and ambient sounds indoors, creating textural soundscapes.

Creatly’s programmes guide students step by step through the creative process—writing original lyrics, developing melodies, recording instruments and vocals (optional), and finally producing a polished track they can share with their school community. Each project not only develops musical skills but also builds collaboration, creative self-expression and connection.

I have previously worked with schools across Ireland, running engaging workshops that connect music with personal development and creativity. My mission is to make every student feel like their voice matters and to leave schools with a lasting piece of work they can celebrate. In addition, our We Are Songwriters Programme can be used to raise fund for your school, selling the original song / songs to family members, friends and school patrons. Fundraising through creativity & community connection.
