Capture ambient sounds & nature around us using professional recording equipment & tools.

Participants learn to listen closely, record natural soundscapes, and layer them into a relaxing audio track.

It’s a gentle introduction to sound exploration, creativity, and mindfulness along with engaging with the beautiful natural world around us.
